Backorder Policy

At Eliot Grey Boutique, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, including timely delivery of their orders. However, there may be times when an item is out of stock or unavailable, and we are unable to fulfill an order right away. In such cases, we offer a backorder policy to ensure that our customers can still receive the products they want.

Our backorder policy is as follows:

  1. Communication: When an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify the you as soon as possible via email. We will inform you of the estimated time frame for the item to become available, and ask if you would like to place a backorder for the item or a refund.

  2. Payment: If the you agree to place a backorder, we will take payment for the item at the time of purchase. This payment is non-refundable, as we will have already ordered the item from our supplier.

  3. SHIPPING:  As soon as the item becomes available, we will ship it to you. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of the backorder purchase, but this date may be subject to change depending on the availability of the item from our supplier.

  4. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your backorder before the item is shipped we will refund the full amount paid for the item.

  5. Partial fulfillment: If the backordered item is part of a larger order, we will ship the available items first and the backordered item separately when it becomes available. There will be no additional shipping charge for the backordered item.
