30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All products, offered has a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive your order) to return the item(s). If 30 days has lapsed, we're sorry but we can not offer you a refund.
For a refund, we can only accept packages with the original tags attached, the original receipt (no explanation needed unless you care to, your option). After we inspect your package and find everything complete your refund will be credited using the payment method you used to make the purchase. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Sale items are not refundable. However, under certain circumstances we may be able to offer a partial refund. If a refund is given we will notify you accordingly. We are not responsible if the customer ordered the wrong size on any item.
We will be more than happy to exchange the item purchased if there are manufacturer's defects, the wrong size or color but not if the item has been worn.
Please Note: Worn items such as socks and underwear are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
Items ordered to the customers specifications are not entitled to a refund. However, there are some exceptions to every rule and each situation will be decided on an individual basis. We want you to be 100% satisfied that is why we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Exchange Policy.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange to reach you may vary. If you are returning an item over $50 consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
