Shipping - Delivery & Processing Information
Processing and Shipping:
- Part 1 - Processing Time starts with order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Part 2 - Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the customer.
USA & Canada Shipping:
Standard Shipping takes 10 - 15 Days or sooner for delivery depending on our warehouse location and (If your item is in stock.)
Lost Or Damage Items: If item is lost or damaged, we will replace the item when sufficient proof is provided within 3 business days. Please notify us email@example.com.
$5 Priority Handling: Gets your order placed at the top of our Order List daily which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the order volume we're receiving, expected delivery time may remain similar/equal to Standard Shipping times. Your item is also Insured.
Free Shipping: Is provided on orders of $50 or more! $5 priority handling is available as an addition as noted above for faster processing.
**NOTE: Some items are shipped separately and may arrive at different times depending on our warehouse location. Tracking Numbers will be provided as soon as they arrive from the distributor. Depending on the volume of orders we receive daily, your shipment may take longer than usual to arrive. We are working hard to get your order shipped quickly. We appreciate your understanding.
Address Change Request:
Please check your shipping address as we are not responsible for any errors. If you discover that a shipping address is in error or a change is needed, please notify us immediately by email to make the change providing your order hasn't shipped.
